It's time to enter requests for rugby referees for the upcoming fall season!
There has been lots of reorganization of the league structures. We in the Potomac Rugby Referees are largely ignoring that. If you are in our geographic region (DC, MD, NoVA, and a smidgen of PA), we can supply you with officials. N.B.: League matches are NOT entered into the system by league administrators (except in some unusual pre-arranged circumstances); clubs must enter their own home matches.
If you have not previously logged onto our system at www.arbitersports.com , your initial PW is your family name all lower case. You'll need to promptly change it. Your user name is the email address receiving this message. Instructions for entering games can be found at: https://prr.arbitersports.com/
Please remember to treat emails to me as business correspondence. If you don't sign off with your name and club, don't expect much action. As much as possible when sending messages to me, include enough information so that I stand a chance of solving your problem with one reply.
When clubs change officers, there is a lot of administrative overhead for us. We would appreciate if clubs would change their emails to one that stays with the club and just the name of the officers change. Some clubs have already done this. Once you create a new email address, you can change this in your profile. If you have trouble, I can assist.
